Comprehensive Plan
Vision of Tenino Survey

The City of Tenino Planning Commission wants to know your vision of the Tenino of tomorrow.  Please complete and return the attached survey so we can attempt to incorporate your ideas into the Tenino Comprehensive Plan.  The vision statement in the Comprehensive Plan is used to guide future changes to the Comprehensive Plan, zoning codes and other developmental regulations.  The vision gives us goals that we can all help to implement.  Thank you for your participation.

Click here for the survey documents.  Return to City Hall as soon as possible.

The survey will also be available as an insert in your utility bill this month.

Westside Annex News

In 2008, the City of Tenino annexed 260 acres of the Alpaca Farm and Lemon Hill to accommodate its anticipated future population growth, and industrial and commercial development. This land is meant to contain a variety of office, industrial and commercial buildings, in addition to as many as 800 residential uses, and will fundamentally impact the growth of Tenino over the next 100 years.

The Tenino Planning Commission is nearing the completion of a draft ordinance for the Westside of Tenino. Many of you filled out surveys and had your survey responses used in the crafting of the ordinance, but have not heard the results of the survey or how various responses were included in the draft. If any of you would like to talk about the survey results or what is included in the document, please give me a call.
